Commission Contract

The cost of commission depends on the size of the painting. Pricing are similar to the above plus $100.00 for prior field sketches.

Terms of payment:

Deposit prior to commencement is 10%. Then half payment of the agreed price on completion of the work and final balance payable within 7 working days of delivery.

If complete copyright is required by the purchaser, the commission price increases by 50%. Otherwise the artist retains copyright. If the purchaser wishes to retain copyright with an access clause,  the artist will contact the owner for consent on any future copyright issues.

Every effort will be made to complete commissioned work on time but this cannot be guaranteed.

These canvas reproductions are created from high resolution scans off a 35mm transparency photograph of the original painting. The final result reproduced onto high grade artist canvas and quality watercolour paper corresponds extremely closely to the original in colour and texture. Reproductions on canvas are all unframedor can be stretched onto a frame.They are all laminated for added UV,moisture and pollutant protection.

Add NZ$20.00 + GST for postage and packaging in New Zealand and NZ$50.00 for orders from outside new Zealand
